Note: This report, released in December 2007, provided a prescriptive path to achieve 14% better performance based on ASHRAE 90.1-2004. With the subsequent release of ASHRAE 90.1-2007, it is the opinion of the report authors that achieving these same measures would result in 10% better performance than ASHRAE 90.1-2007.
