Rad Max Review

Rad Max is a natural supplement designed for bodybuilders who are seeking a safe alternative to Testolone (RAD-140).

Testolone is steroid-like drug bodybuilders often use for bulking. It’s part of a range of experimental medications known as specific androgen receptor modulators (SARMs).

Rad Max SARM from Juiced UPP

Although Steroids have been popular with bodybuilders since the 1970s, SARMs are a more recent creation that came on the scene during the 1990s.

The companies responsible for developing SARMs were trying to create drugs capable of preventing muscle wastage due to injury or disease.

SARMs were also intended to be possible treatments for weak bones and osteoporosis. They are strictly experimental. None of them have been tested on humans. Some SARMs haven’t even been tested on animals.

Nevertheless, the lab rats in some clinical trials showed dramatic increases in performance and strength.

This is not surprising because SARMs are drugs that take the role of testosterone and bind with androgen receptors just like steroids do.

However, unlike steroids, that bind with all androgen receptors, SARMs only bind with the receptors in muscle and bone. This makes them slightly safer than steroids are.

Due to their ability to boost muscle growth like steroids, but with a lessened risk of side effects, SARMs quickly became popular bodybuilding drugs. However, using SARMs for muscle growth is both dangerous and illegal.

Regardless of the risks, Testolone has a reputation for being one of the most potent bulking SARMs and is often used instead of the steroid Sustanon.

However, many users report side effects such as hair loss, headaches, anxiety, aggression, and hormonal imbalances. It also has the potential to damage the heart and liver.

There’s a great need for a safer alternative and Rad Max has become one of the most popular Testolone alternatives.

Who Makes Rad Max?

Rad Max is one of several SARMs alternatives created by Juiced Upp. The company was founded in London, England in 2017 but later moved to the United States and is presently headquartered in Bakersfield California.

Other SARMs alternatives in the range include Muscle UP – a  legal Ligandrol LGD-4033 SARM alternative that gives similar muscle growth results. Also Hulkster 32 – a Hulkster 32 is a powerful natural supplement for people looking for a way to improve their physical performance and muscle growth.

Juiced Upp was founded by a group of bodybuilders who were passionate about finding efficient ways to maximize muscle growth and performance without steroids, SARMs, or other anabolic drugs that have harmful side effects.

Rad Max is one of the company’s most popular creations. Athletes who have experienced its benefits swear it’s as strong as the SARM.

Rad Max Benefits

Like Testolone, Rad Max has a reputation for delivering serious improvements in muscle bulk and strength. It also shares the SARMs’ ability to enhance performance and endurance to help you to train like an animal in the gym.

The key befits look like this:

  • Better workouts
  • Faster healing
  • Rapid muscle and strength gains
  • Look shredded with minimal water gains
  • Get dry, leaner muscles with better definition and vascularity

Of course, Testolone can do these things too but there is a strong risk of side effects. Because it suppresses testosterone, Testolone also presents the need for a post cycle therapy (PCT) to help compensate for the damage.

Rad Max does not suppress testosterone, it increases it, so there is no need for a PCT when you go off cycle.

How Rad Max Works

Each Rad Max capsule contains a carefully balanced formulation of 11 natural ingredients that stimulate increases in testosterone.

The Rad Max formulation even goes that little bit further by preventing sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) from reducing available testosterone.

If SHBG is allowed to bind with testosterone, it renders it useless. Although your circulating testosterone levels may still be high, if the hormone is bound, it is no longer available for your muscles to use.

By boosting testosterone production and protecting it from SHBG, Rad Max helps you to attain the maximum benefits the hormone provides.

Although one of the main things testosterone does is aid protein synthesis, it has added value in other areas. One of the things it does is boost energy and stamina, helping you to train harder and longer before fatigue sets in.

Healthier testosterone levels can also improve your ability to burn fat. That’s why Rad Max can be so good for helping you to get lean.

Rad Max Ingredients at a Glance

Each (3-capsule) serving of Rad Max provides:

  • Vitamin B6 (15 mg)
  • Vitamin D3 (39 mcg)
  • Vitamin K1 (15 mcg)
  • Magnesium (150 mg)
  • Zinc (7.5 mg)
  • D-Aspartic Acid (1764 mg)
  • Nettle Leaf Extract 4:1 (30 mg)
  • Panax Ginseng (30 mg)
  • Fenugreek Seed Extract (30 mg)
  • Boron Citrate (6 mg)
  • Bioperine (3.8 mg)

Rad Max Ingredient Evaluation

Vitamin B6 (15 mg)

Vitamin B6 boosts energy by aiding carbohydrate and fat metabolism. That’s why it’s present in Red Bull and most other good energy drinks.

Vitamin B6 also helps your body produce the hemoglobin the red cells need to carry oxygen around the body.

By helping your muscles get plenty of oxygen, Vitamin B6 delays lactic acid build-up, helping you to work your muscles longer before you are forced to stop.

Vitamin B6 serves many other important roles in the body including maintaining serotonin and helping to keep your arteries clear.

It’s a particularly good addition to a formulation such as this because research suggests it also enhances target organ response to testosterone. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6727359/

Vitamin D3 (39 mcg)

Vitamin D3 is an important fat-soluble vitamin that supports testosterone production. It also helps provide strong bones and enables you to maximize your aerobic capacity while training.

Because of its key importance to immune function, it’s always a good idea to get plenty of Vitamin D. When you don’t, your health may suffer. Lack of Vitamin D may also make you more susceptible to fat gain and mental depression.

Low-fat diet diets that are healthy in other ways can rob the body of Vitamin D and, although your body manufacturers it as a reaction to sunlight on the skin, Vitamin D deficiency is very common.

By providing extra Vitamin D, Rad Max can support good health while also helping your muscles to grow.

Vitamin K1 (15 mcg)

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that works alongside calcium to help improve bone strength. It’s a heart-friendly vitamin that helps reduce the likelihood of dangerous cardiovascular issues and heart disease.

Research suggests Vitamin K may also help stabilize testosterone levels. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21894328/

Magnesium (150 mg) & Zinc (7.5 mg)

Zinc is a mineral that’s renowned for its ability to support natural increases in testosterone.

Magnesium also boosts testosterone but most supplement manufacturers ignore it, giving preference to zinc instead.

Juiced Upp is using both minerals here and it’s a very good move because research says these two natural testosterone boosters may work better together than they do alone.

D-Aspartic Acid (1,764 mg)

D-Aspartic acid is an essential amino acid that stimulates the pituitary gland, causing it to release a luteinizing hormone which, in turn, stimulates the testes causing them to up their production of testosterone.

Luteinizing hormone triggers the release of human growth hormone (HGH) as well.

Like testosterone, HGH is an important anabolic hormone. In addition to aiding muscle growth and cellular repair, HGH fights aging and is often referred to as the body’s internal fountain of youth.

Nettle Leaf Extract 4:1 (30 mg)

This is a 4:1 extract. That means it has four times the strength of normal nettle extracts. That makes the 30 mg of nettle extract in Rad Max the equivalent of 120 mg of standard nettle extract.

Although nettle extract is surprisingly nutritious, it does not boost testosterone. However, it’s a very important part of this formulation because it provides plant chemicals that stop your circulating testosterone from binding with SHBG. https://europepmc.org/article/MED/7700987

Panax Ginseng (30 mg)

You may have heard ginseng is an aphrodisiac. You may also be aware its often credited with amazing healing capabilities and is even considered a “life-giving herb.”

Chinese herbalists have been exploiting the abilities of ginseng for thousands of years. It’s one of the most powerful healing herbs and, although there are several types, Panax ginseng is the best.

Research supports ginseng’s value as a curative in many areas and its ability to increase libido and sexual function is likely due to its prowess as a testosterone booster. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9063034/

Fenugreek Seed Extract (30 mg)

Fenugreek is a mainstay of Indian cooking. Most of the best Indian dishes contain it but the herb can do much more than just provide flavor.

Fenugreek seeds contain saponins that increase testosterone and support the body’s ability to burn excess fat.

Boron Citrate (6 mg)

Boron citrate provides the trace mineral boron in a form the body assimilates easily.

You could see boron as a helper ingredient because it improves magnesium absorption, helping you to get extra benefit from it. Boron also helps the body take maximum advantage of testosterone and Vitamin D.

Some research suggests boron may also prevent circulating testosterone from binding with SHBG. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/

Bioperine (3.8 mg)

Bioperine is another good helper ingredient. It’s a branded black pepper extract. Like basic extracts, it provides piperine but it’s standardized for maximum potency.

Although it has additional value in other areas, the main thing piperine does is enhance the absorption of other ingredients.

How to Use Rad Max

The dose is three Rad Max capsules per day. You take them 20 minutes before eating breakfast.

You don’t just take Rad Max on your training days, though, you take it on your rest days as well.

Stacking Options

As with Steroids and SARMs, you can boost the benefits of Rad Max by including it in a stack.

All of Juiced Upp’s SARMs alternatives are stackable and the company has put together several stacks that help you to maximize your results while also getting incredible value for money.

Rad Max is one of the three supplements that are in its SARMs bulking stack.

Rad Max Pre-Usage Considerations

Although Rad Max is an excellent choice for most people who want a good Testolone alternative and anyone who wants to improve their physique quickly, it is not suitable for all.

The Vitamin D it provides comes from sheep’s wool. Although it’s a high-quality source that’s easy to absorb, it’s not vegan.

If you have certain health issues, such as high blood pressure, it would be unwise to use Rad Max or any other supplement without first seeking professional medical advice.

The need for professional input is equally important if you would need to use the supplement alongside medication.

Known Side Effects

Rad Max does not have any known side effects.

However,  If you have any food allergies, you also need to be aware Juiced Upp supplements are manufactured in a facility that may also process eggs, soy, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and seafood.

Purchasing Options and Considerations on Juiced UPP Rad Max

Rad Max is only available from the manufacturer’s website. Like a lot of the top supplement companies, Juiced Upp prefers to deal with its customers directly and handle everything in-house.

Buy Rad Max
Order Rad Max

Each bottle or Rad Max has 90 capsules inside it and costs just under $60. That’s a 30-day supply, so using this Testolone substitute only costs $15 a week. Bearing in mind the kind of (safe) results the product can provide, it’s hard to grumble about the price.

You don’t need to worry about the shipping costs either. It doesn’t matter what country you live in, Juiced Upp takes care of all that. That’s pretty good. A lot of supplement companies charge upward of $5 to ship a single bottle of pills.

However, if you want to maximize the benefits right across the board, you need to be aware Juiced up offers Rad Max as part of a bulking stack.

The Juiced Upp bulking stack combines Rad Max with Muscle Upp (Ligandrol alternative) and Star MKII (Ostarine alternative).

This is a powerful trio and, at just $120 for the full stack, Juiced Upp appears to be giving you one of them free. Buying them individually would cost you $180.

Rad Max Review Conclusion

Rad Max is a high-quality testosterone-boosting supplement that boasts capabilities that are similar to the Testolone SARM.

Because it provides SARM-like results without side effects or the need for a PCT, Rad Max has quickly become one of the most popular legal SARMs.

However, although Rad Max is an ideal option for anyone seeking a safe alternative to SARMs and steroids, it’s equally suitable for anyone who wishes to attain rapid increases in bulk.

Modern Man V3 Review: Testosterone Booster and Fat Burner

Updated on May 17, 2022 by Brad Murphy

A 2 in 1 intense thermogenic fat burner and testosterone booster supplement. Modern Man V3 sounds like a product ideal for men over 30. How does it stand up under scrutiny though. Read the review.

Modern Man v3.0 review

PROS
Reputable brand
Contains fat burning ingredients
Some levels of customer satisfaction
Not expensive

CONS
Weak testosterone formula
Average fat burning formula
Poor customer reviews

VERDICT – Not Recommended
Modern Man V.3 is a fairly average fat burner supplement. It does not stand up well as a testosterone booster. It only has three ingredients that boost testosterone and two of them are under dosed.

Recommended Alternative
Our recommendation is for TestoPrime – a premium testosterone booster and fat burner. If you are over 30 and need to increase your T-levels this is the supplement for you!

Modern Man V3 Review

As the name suggests, Modern Man V3 is a supplement for men. It’s produced in capsule format and designed to be taken a couple of times each day.

Modern Man V3 is an unusual supplement. It’s a thermogenic fat burner and testosterone booster rolled into one.

Modern Man V3 testosterone booster and fat burner

V3 is the third incarnation of the product. As an updated version you would presume it’s going to be superior. However, customer reviews suggest it falls well short of the mark. In addition to having a hit-and-miss success rate, Modern Man V3 seems to be capable of causing some pretty unpleasant side effects.

Perhaps these issues will be resolved in the future if the manufacturer decides to produce a Modern Man Version 4.

It’s hard to find out any details about the manufacturer of this product. Neither the bottle nor its packaging provides any information about the manufacturer at all. That’s a pretty poor state of affairs.

However, although you can only buy Modern Man V3 via Amazon, there is a Modern Man website. It’s low in information too. It provides no company information and the only contact option is a Gmail email address.

The site terms and conditions page says the site owner is Modern Man Nutrition LLC. It took a little time but we eventually discovered the company is incorporated in Washington and has been trading since 2015.

Although the company presently offers several other supplement options, the original Modern Man formulation appears to have been its first supplement and it continues to be the flagship product.

Modern Man V3 Benefits

According to the official website, Modern Man was designed to help keep men in “the zone” and maintain their level of mental focus on even the most hectic of days.

The site also states the benefits of enhanced testosterone levels cannot be matched and point out the hormone’s relationship with libido and improvements in muscle mass.

This is old hat. Most men know these things and there are plenty of alternative supplements that aim to do the same things.

However, the main alleged benefits the supplement provides are:

  • Healthy testosterone levels
  • A clean energy rush
  • Stress debasement
  • Lean muscle composition
  • Reborn focus.

This is what the site promises but it does not provide any details of how Modern Man V3 is likely to make these things possible.

The Amazon sales page makes a few extra promises:

  • Muscle-preserving fat burning
  • A brain boost that knocks out brain fog
  • Improvements in strength and endurance
  • Fast-acting results you can see and feel

There is no hint of how the formulation may make these things possible.

How Does Modern Man V3 Work?

Again, we have to point out Modern Man Nutrition fails to divulge how its supplement is supposed to work. Potential customers just have to take all the claims on faith.

Let’s not do that. Instead, we will take a look at the ingredients and see if their abilities are compatible with the Modern Man claims.

Modern Man V3 Ingredient Profile

Modern Man V3 provides six key ingredients. Although they are grouped into two proprietary blends, Modern Man Nutrition has made a break with tradition and chosen to reveal all the inclusion rates. It’s a great pity so many other supplement manufacturers fail to do the same.

Each (1-capsule) serving of Modern Man V3 provides:

Focus-XS Clean Energy Complex

  • Caffeine Anhydrous (150 mg)
  • Dynamite (50 mg)
  • TeaCrine (30 mg)

Alpha Modernization Complex

  • KSM-66 Ashwagandha (100 mg)
  • Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract (100 mg)
  • Eurycoma Longifolia Powder (100 mg)

Modern Man V3 Ingredient Ability

The Focus-XS Clean Energy Complex appears to be designed to boost energy and mental alertness. It provides a decent dose of caffeine and combines it with two branded ingredients. Both ingredients are stimulants that affect the body in a similar way to caffeine so Modern Man V3 is more stimulant-rich than it may initially appear to be.

The Alpha Modernization Complex consists of three popular testosterone boosters. None of the blends are specifically geared towards fat burning but some of the ingredients they contain have this ability.

Focus-XS Clean Energy Complex

Caffeine Anhydrous (150 mg)

Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant. Its ability to increase energy and mental focus is no stranger to coffee drinkers or the thousands of people who use caffeine tablets to fight fatigue or promote clearer thinking.

Caffeine is also a proven fat burner that works by increasing metabolism and thermogenesis.

The dose provided here is the equivalent of 1.5 cups of coffee. That should be enough to benefit most people with little risk of side effects.

Unfortunately, in this case, the stimulant is not going it alone.

Dynamite (50 mg)

This is a branded ingredient that provides Methyliberine. It’s a caffeine metabolite. Research says it may be a safe option for rats but there does not appear to be any human-based research.

TeaCrine (30 mg)

TeaCrine is a brand of theacrine. Some manufacturers favor it because it may provide similar benefits to caffeine and pose less risk of side effects.

Unfortunately, Modern Man Nutrition isn’t using it as a caffeine substitute, it’s using it as a companion. Although this is a low dose, that may still be unwise.

Alpha Modernization Complex

KSM-66 Ashwagandha (100 mg)

KSM-66 is easily the top Ashwagandha extract. It’s standardized for purity and strength.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera ) is an Indian herb that’s good for fighting stress. It’s also a proven testosterone booster and male fertility aid. [source]

This is a good ingredient but it’s being held back by a ridiculously low dose.

Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract (100 mg)

Here we go again. This is another good ingredient but the formulation does not provide enough.

Coleus Forskohlii is a herb that provides forskolin. Research shows it can boost testosterone and deliver improvements in body composition but the study participants were getting 250 mg of forskolin two times per day.

Modern Man V3 provides 100 mg of a coleus forskohlii extract that is standardized to be 10% forskolin. Do the math and you will discover Modern Man V3 is only going to provide 10 mg of forskolin two times per day. Do we really need to say more?

Eurycoma Longifolia Powder (100 mg)

Another herb that’s good for increasing testosterone and reducing stress.

This time the dose is okay. Research shows 200 mg per day is an effective amount.

Modern Man V3 provides 100 mg twice per day, so no worries there.

Modern Man V3 Usage Guidelines & Considerations

Like its predecessors, Modern Man V3 is only for men who are over 21-years of age and in good health. The suggested dose is one capsule before breakfast and a second capsule during the early afternoon or before exercise.

Although Modern Man Nutrition fails to mention this, it would be unwise to take the supplement during the evening. Each dose provides 150 mg of caffeine, so it has the potential to interfere with sleep.

The capsule casing is made from gelatin and the product is manufactured in a facility that may also process milk, soy, eggs, nuts, fish, and shellfish.

These things make Modern Man V3 unsuitable for people who are following a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. The product will be equally unsuitable to people who are lactose intolerant or have allergies to any of the aforementioned foods.

Modern Man V3 Customer Reviews

This product has mixed customer reviews.

Men who rate the product highly tend to praise its abilities as an energy booster, a weight loss aid, or both.

Collectively, the positive reviews suggest Modern Man V3 may have limited potential as a testosterone booster and a fat burner.

However, many of the negative reviews mention side effects. Reviews of this nature outnumber the ones from men who say they noticed no difference at all.

Let’s take a look at the experiences a few satisfied customers are sharing.

Modern man V3 good customer reviews

Now let’s see what a few men are shouting from the other side of the fence.

Modern man bad customer reviews

Known Side Effects of Modern Man V3

Some of the main side effects appear to be:

  • Racing heartbeat
  • Upset stomach/stomach pain
  • Nausea/vomiting
  • Headaches
  • Insomnia
  • Irritability
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Bloating
  • Diarrhea
  • Skin rash

Reports of nausea and stomach issues are particularly common.

Where to Buy Modern Man V3

Although Modern Man Nutrition has an official website, the site only provides product information. Instead of an online shopping cart, the site provides a button that allows visitors to “Buy on Amazon.”

Each box provides a 30-day treatment for $39.99 (price correct at the time of this review).

There are no additional charges for shipping and, although there are no options for multi-buy savings, customers who are willing to commit to receiving further shipments can bag a small discount by buying Modern Man V3 via Amazon Subscribe & Save.

The Subscribe and Save discount is 5% for the first order and 10% for future deliveries.

Guarantee

Modern Man V3 does not appear to have a money-back guarantee.

Modern Man V3 Review Conclusion

Due to the presence of three stimulants, Modern Man V3 should be able to provide a useful energy boost. However, customer reviews suggest the formulation is too stimulant-rich for many men to take.

The formulation should be able to provide modest improvements in fat burning as well but Modern Man V3 does not stand up well as a testosterone booster. It only has three ingredients that boost testosterone and two of them are under dosed.

All the top testosterone boosting supplements provide many more ingredients and have more credible doses.

Most of them also keep testosterone free by preventing it from binding with sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Modern Man V3 does not provide ingredients that have this ability.

All things considered, we are not surprised this product generates so many poor customer reviews.

What is CUTSR9

CUTSR9 is a fat burner and performance enhancer that’s designed to provide maximum benefits and zero side effects. Although it’s primarily aimed at bodybuilders who are “cutting” CUTSR9 may also be appealing to less athletic individuals who are looking for a supplement to help them to burn fat and lose weight.

This review provides details of the benefits CUTSR9 provides, along with a breakdown of the ingredients that make the results possible. It also provides additional information about other important details to help you decide if CUTSR9 is a good fit for your needs.

CUTSR9 review

Who Makes CUTSR9 and What Does It Do?

CUTSR9 is part of a range of SARMs alternatives developed by Brutal Force. The company is based in the UK and the USA and its experience creating safe alternatives to bodybuilding drugs is second to none.

Other supplements that can be used in a SARM cutting stack cycle are: Cardalean, Andalean and Ostabulk

Although a British company, Brutal Force manufacturers its supplements in FDA-certified facilities in the USA.

SARMs are experimental drugs that have become popular with bodybuilders. They are safer than steroids but can still present dangerous side effects.

CUTSR9 is the Brutal Force alternative to Stenabolic (SR9009) and free from side effects.

Stenabolic is a drug that attaches to a protein called Rev-ErbA, enhances its capabilities, and increases mitochondria count.

The drug’s ability to do this results in significant improvements in physical endurance. It also dramatically improves fat loss. CUTSR9 is one of the most popular SARMs for cutting.

CUTSR9 is prohibited from being used in sports. Testing positive for it will earn you a competition ban.

The drug also has a reputation for causing insomnia but it is generally considered safer than most of the other popular bodybuilding SARMs. However, it’s never been fully tested on humans and remains an experimental drug. There is no way to be certain what kind of dangers it’s likely to present.

CUTSR9 is a high-potency fat-burning supplement that mimics the abilities of Stenabolic right across the board, including enhancing your ability to train.

Benefits of CUTSR9

  • Fast-acting formula
  • Powerful fat burner
  • Boosts endurance and stamina
  • Stabilizes metabolism
  • 100% safe and natural

CUTSR9 Ingredients at a Glance

Each (2-capsule) dose provides:

  • ChromeMate (200 mcg)
  • Potassium (33 mg)
  • Cocoa Powder (100 mg)
  • Green Tea (100 mg)
  • Evodiamine (50 mg)
  • Gugglesterones (2.5 mg)

How Good Is the CUTSR9 Formulation?

The CUTSR9 is very good. The six ingredients it contains have proven capabilities as fat loss providers, performance enhancers, or both.

ChromeMate (200 mcg)

ChromeMate is branded ingredient that provides the body with extra chromium.

Chromium is an important mineral the body requires in adequate amounts to sustain good health. Research shows supplements that provide the body with extra chromium can regulate blood sugar and insulin. By doing so, they can prevent the blood sugar crashes that often trigger sugar cravings. For this reason, many of the best diet pills contain ingredients that provide chromium.

Some data suggests chromium supplements may also suppress normal hunger, boost athletic capabilities, and support improvements in overall body composition, but further research is necessary.

Potassium (33 mg)

Potassium is another mineral the body requires in sufficient amounts and it’s especially important for athletes.

In addition to serving several other important roles, potassium is one of the most important electrolytes in the body. Among other things, it helps regulate blood pressure, aids nerve signaling, supports normal heart function and controls muscle contraction.

Potassium is one of the minerals you can lose from your body with sweat. Bodybuilders and other athletes can lose a lot of potassium in this way, causing all sorts of problems including muscle cramps and fatigue.

Maintaining adequate potassium levels is a good way to support extensive training sessions and prevent post-exercise rhabdomyolysis.

Adequate potassium is also necessary to support the production of human growth hormone (HGH) and IGF-1. Like testosterone, both these hormones play an important role in protein synthesis and muscle growth. [source]

Cocoa Powder (100 mg)

Another good inclusion, cocoa has several virtues that make it useful in a formulation such as this.

Cocoa provides a mild stimulant called theobromine. Caffeine provides a more significant energy boost but theobromine has greater abilities in other areas and is believed to be responsible for the “feel-good” effect of chocolate.

By providing mood enhancement, the theobromine in cocoa may help people to maintain a positive attitude while training.

Theobromine is often present in diet pill formulations because following low-energy diets often gets people down. Many athletes have similar problems during their cutting cycles.

Research published in BMC Sports Science Medicine and Rehabilitation in August 2021, suggests cocoa flavanols may also be good for enhancing recovery after exercise.

Although the researchers stress the need for further study, cocoa may also help prevent oxidative stress due to exercise.

Green Tea (100 mg)

Green tea is an excellent source of antioxidants. That makes it very good for purging the body of free radical toxins and preventing oxidative stress.

Although many free radicals enter the body with food, the body also produces them during exercise. The average CUTSR9 user is likely to exercise a lot, so green tea is a very useful inclusion.

However, green tea is also a highly valued fat burner. It’s one of the most respected natural fat burners in the world and there is plenty of scientific evidence that supports using green tea in this way.

Although green tea provides a small amount of caffeine, which is also a proven fat burner, research suggests green tea catechins (antioxidants) play a more important role in the fat losses associated with green tea. [reference]

Evodiamine (50 mg)

Evodiamine is an alkaloid taken from a plant called Evodia rutaecarpa. It’s a powerful fat burner. Its use as a weight loss aid in China stretches back thousands of years.

The alkaloid delivers a warming effect that increases thermogenesis and metabolism. Some research suggests its ability to do this may enhance fat loss by as much as 28%.

In addition to improving fat loss, evodiamine also suppresses the formation of fresh fat cells.

For good results, experts suggest a dose of 5-100 mg of evodiamine per day, so the 50 mg this formulation provides should be about right.

Guggulsterones (2.5 mg)

Guggulsterone is a plant sterol (plant steroid). The form present in supplements generally comes from the gum resin of guggul plants (Commiphora wightii).

Traditional Ayurvedic healers in India have been taking advantage of the therapeutic abilities of guggul extracts for thousands of years. Although its healing potential has yet to be fully explored in the USA and Europe, guggul is becoming an increasingly popular ingredient in sports supplements.

One of the main things guggulsterone does is enhance the uptake of iodine by the thyroid. By doing so, it helps the thyroid to produce “T-hormones.” These hormones have the task of regulating metabolism, helping to keep it fast.

In addition to supporting quick metabolism, guggulsterone also appears to help the body break down fatty tissue and use it for energy.

CUTSR9 Usage Guidelines and Considerations

The dose is two capsules per day. You take them 20 minutes before breakfast regardless of whether it’s a workout day or not.

CUTSR9 is vegan friendly, but people who have existing health issues should check with their doctor before starting to use the supplement. The same is true for all Stenabolic alternatives.

Women can use CUTSR9 as well as men but they should avoid doing so during pregnancy or while nursing a child.

CUTSR9 Side Effects

CUTSR9 does not have any known side effects.

Where to Buy CUTSR9 – Buying Options & Price

CUTSR9 review
CUTSR9 Price

Each bottle of CUTSR9 provides a 30-day treatment for $59.99 and has a 100-day money-back guarantee.

That’s already pretty good but you can get even better value by taking advantage of the opportunity to buy two bottles and get one free.

The Brutal Force website also operates regular flash sales. If you get lucky and arrive on the site while one of the sales is running, you will be able to get a further 20% discount just by entering the code that appears at the bottom of the page.

CUTSR9 Review Conclusion

CUTSR9 is a high-potency supplement produced by a respected company that backs it with a lengthy money-back guarantee. If you want to try using CUTSR9 as a Stenabolic alternative, a cutting supplement, or a general weight loss aid, you have nothing to lose. The offer of a refund is there.

Brutal Force SARMs alternatives are very popular. Supplements of this nature don’t become so without good reason. They have to deliver on the promises made for them or people would use bodybuilding SARMs or steroids instead.

Although Stenabolic is generally believed to be one of the safest SARMs to use, it remains an experimental drug and has never been proven safe in clinical trials.

Using Stenabolic for body improvement is also illegal and may cause you to become banned from competitions.

Bearing in mind all the negative aspects, there are strong arguments for avoiding it and using CUTSR9 instead.

After having evaluated the ingredients and all relevant research, we are very impressed with CUTSR9 and recommend it 100%.

Muscle Upp Review – Legal Ligandrol (LGD-4033)

Muscle Upp is a natural testosterone booster for men seeking a safe alternative to Ligandrol (LGD-4033).

Although both options have similar muscle-building power, one of the big differences between them is Ligandrol suppresses testosterone rather than increasing it.

Muscle Upp alternative to Ligandrol (LGD-4033)

Ligandrol is a popular bodybuilding anabolic agent that is part of a family of drugs called SARMs. It is one of the most popular bulking options and has a reputation for delivering notable improvements in muscle size and strength.

SARMs work in a similar way to steroids but are a little bit safer. Natural alternatives like Muscle Upp are safer still.

SARMs is an acronym. It stands for selective androgen receptor modulators. They bind with the androgen receptors in muscle and bone. By doing this they enhance muscle repair and growth and help provide stronger bones.

Steroids bind with androgen receptors too. But they are not selective. They bind with them all. This is why steroids present a greater risk of side effects than SARMs do.

Ligandrol and similar bulking SARMs take over the role of testosterone. Because they bind with the androgen receptors before testosterone can, using SARMs inhibits testosterone production.

For this reason, a bulking SARMs cycle has to be followed by a PCT (post-cycle therapy). This is a treatment that helps support your body until normal testosterone production resumes. This often takes several months.

Ligandrol is reputed to be one of the most powerful bulking SARMs but it presents a risk of liver damage and cardiovascular harm.

As with all SARMs Ligandrol is an experimental drug. It’s only intended to be used in a lab. There is no way to be certain what level of harm it may cause because it’s never been tested on humans.

Who Makes Muscle Upp?

Muscle Upp is part of a range of SARMs alternatives developed by Juiced Upp. The company was originally based in the UK but moved its operations overseas and is presently based in Bakersfield California.

Other SARMS alternatives from Juiced Upp include Hulkster32 another muscle growth supplement.

Juiced Upp was founded in 2017 by a group of bodybuilders who were keen to find a way to get “juiced up” and improve their physiques and training capacity without risking their health by using steroids.

At the time, SARMs were already becoming a popular steroid alternative but SARMs are far from being 100% safe so Juiced Upp’s founders decided to go one better by developing a range of supplements that share all the best aspects of SARMs but do not present any of the health dangers.

Muscle Upp Muscle Gain Benefits

This is what Muscle Upp tells customers to expect:

  • Faster post-workout recovery times
  • Huge gains in muscle mass without gaining fat
  • Increased arm strength
  • Improved mental focus and attention

How Muscle Upp Works

Muscle Upp provides a combination of nutrients and plant extracts that enhances protein synthesis, energizes the body, and supports bone strength in a similar way to Ligandrol.

Most of the benefits Ligandrol provides are due to it taking over the role of testosterone and functioning like an enhanced version.

Instead of pushing aside your natural testosterone, Muscle Upp enhances the benefits it provides by encouraging your body to produce more of it.

Ingredients at a Glance

Each (3-capsule) serving of Muscle Upp provides:

  • Vitamin D3 (7.5 mg)
  • Methylsulfonyl Methane (800 mg)
  • L-Leucine (300 mg)
  • Suma Root Powder (200 mg)
  • Ashwagandha Root Powder (200 mg)
  • Puncture Vine Extract (75 mg)
  • Sodium Hyaluronate (30 mg)

Muscle Upp Ingredient Evaluation

Vitamin D3 (7.5 mg)

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. Your body requires it to produce testosterone but many men (and women) are Vitamin D deficient.

There are several forms of Vitamin D. Juiced Upp is using D3 (Cholecalciferol) and the company is providing it in a suitably generous dose.

This form of Vitamin D is very easy to assimilate but it comes from Sheep’s wool. That’s going to make Muscle Upp an unacceptable option for vegans.

Several factors can contribute to Vitamin D deficiency. Following low-fat diets is one of them. Bodybuilders and other athletes often aim for a low fat intake, especially during cutting, but one of the consequences is low Vitamin D.

By encouraging drops in testosterone, Vitamin D deficiency can cause fatigue, impair muscle growth, interfere with fat-burning capabilities, and cause many other problems including interfering with mental focus.

Of course, you don’t need to use a product like Muscle Upp to get more Vitamin D. A standard vitamin supplement could be equally useful but, in this formulation, Vitamin is not acting alone.

Methylsulfonyl Methane (800 mg)

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a sulfur compound that’s naturally occurring in the human body. It’s also present in animals and certain green plants.

However, although it may be plant-based, the form of MSM present in supplements is generally made in a lab. Regardless of the origin, the benefits remain the same.

Supplements that provide MSM are very useful for speeding up muscle recovery rates after exercise. They also reduce inflammation and may also be useful for treating joint pain.

Due to the type of training they do, many bodybuilders have problems with joint pain. If MSM can help in this area in addition to boosting muscle growth, that’s a pretty desirable bonus.

The abilities of MSM have been well researched. In one study, men given a 10-day course of MSM supplements had less muscle damage and showed greater antioxidant activity after exercise. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/224824181_Effect_of_methylsulfonylmethane_supplementation_on_exercise_Induced_muscle_damage_and_total_antioxidant_capacity

L-Leucine (300 mg)

Leucine (L-leucine) is an important branched chain amino acid (BCAA). The other two BCAAs are Isoleucine (L-isoleucine) and valine (L-valine). Collectively, the three BCAAs account for around 33 percent of human muscle mass.

Although all the BCAAs are key players in protein synthesis, leucine is the most important one. Without it, the muscle-building process could not begin.

Research shows leucine activates the mTOR signaling pathway, opening up the cells so the other amino acids can get inside.

Suma Root Powder (200 mg)

This ingredient is also known as Brazilian ginseng. It’s a popular medicinal herb with a longstanding reputation as an aphrodisiac. Research shows this reputation is due to the herb’s ability to increase testosterone, which may go a long way to explaining suma’s notable abilities as an energy booster.

In Brazil and many other Latin-American countries, suma root is considered a “para todo,” that’s good for treating ailments of all kinds (todos tipos).

This is similar to true ginseng, which also enjoys a reputation as a powerful cure-all.

Although SUMA is rich in nutrients, a compound it provides, called germanium, has key importance in a supplement like this because it enhances healing.

Germanium boosts immune function too. That’s never a bad thing.

Ashwagandha Root Powder (200 mg)

Ashwagandha is a versatile adaptogen herb. Among other things, it offers protection from stress. It also improves concentration and focus. Ashwagandha is highly revered in Ayurvedic medicine.

Like SUMA, this Indian herb is highly regarded for its abilities as an aphrodisiac and, again, this is primarily due to increases in testosterone.

Research shows ashwagandha boosts testosterone by encouraging increases in luteinizing hormone – a fore-runner to testosterone.

Some studies suggest ashwagandha supplements may work particularly well when used alongside resistance training.

The results of one study, involving 57 healthy men, show ashwagandha produced increases in testosterone, along with significant improvements in muscle size and strength. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26609282/

Puncture Vine Extract (75 mg)

Another powerful testosterone booster that comes from a plant (Tribulus terrestris).

Puncture vine is a small leafy plant that produces spike-bearing fruits. As the name puncture vine suggests, the spikes are surprisingly strong and can easily puncture the sole of a shoe.

Puncture vine grows all over the world and is highly regarded in both Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine. You may not be surprised to learn it’s also a popular aphrodisiac.

Sodium Hyaluronate (30 mg)

Sodium hyaluronate is a substance the body can produce itself. Among other things, it helps protect the joints from shock. Sodium hyaluronate also helps with nutrient transportation and appears to offer potential value as an anti-inflammatory.

By aiding nutrient transportation, sodium hyaluronate helps the muscles get the maximum benefits from the nutrients provided by food.

Needless to say, its ability to reduce inflammation and deliver joint-care benefits will be useful to many bodybuilders as well.

How to Use Muscle Upp for Bulking

Muscle Upp is nice and easy to use. You take three capsules 20 minutes before breakfast and it juices you up for the day.

You don’t just take Muscle Upp on training days. Good results require you to take it on non-training days as well. The recommended cycle is eight weeks on followed by 1 1/2 weeks off.

Muscle Upp Stacking Options

As with SARMs and Steroids, you can increase the benefits of Muscle Upp by using it in a stack. Juiced Upp encourages stacking and has created several stacks to help people to do it. Muscle Upp is one of the three supplements that make up its SARMs bulking stack.

Muscle Upp Pre-Usage Considerations

Although Muscle Upp is an excellent choice for most men who want a good Ligandrol alternative, it’s not intended for women.

It may also be a poor option for men who have existing health issues, such as high blood pressure or diabetes. If you have any doubts about your compatibility with this supplement, it’s a good idea to get a doctor’s advice before using it.

It’s equally prudent to seek medical advice if you would need to use Muscle Upp alongside medication.

Known Side Effects

Muscle Upp does not have any known side effects.

However, the supplement is manufactured using equipment that may also process milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, and seafood.

If you have allergies to any of the aforementioned, Muscle Upp may not be a suitable choice.

Where to Buy Muscle Upp Purchasing Options and Considerations

View Muscle Upp Price

Muscle Upp is exclusive to the Juiced Upp website. The company does not distribute its SARMs alternatives via any other sites and you won’t be able to find them in the stores.

As far as the price goes, Muscle Upp is a pretty cheap bulking option. Although a 30-day supply of pills (90 capsules) used to cost around $70, these days, it’s $10 less.

Could you find a cheaper bulking alternative? Absolutely. One of this quality? Don’t hold your breath.

A usage cost of $60 per month for a Ligandrol alternative as good as this is not at all unreasonable. We’ve seen a lot of very poor options that cost considerably more and most of them come from companies that add extra charges for shipping.

You don’t need to worry about shipping charges when you buy Juiced Upp supplements. All costs are included in the price you see on the sales page.

However, if you want to get the maximum bulking benefits at the best possible price, consider buying the Juiced Upp Bulking Stack.

The stack combines Muscle Upp with Star MKII (Ostarine alternative) and RAD Max (Testolone alternative) for $120. That’s excellent value for money. Buying each of the products individually would cost you $60 more.

What you are really looking at is the opportunity to buy two bottles and get a third one free. Nobody could complain about a deal like that.

Muscle Upp Review Conclusion

Muscle Upp is a high-quality supplement that offers excellent value for money. The ingredient profile is first-rate and it’s great to see Juiced Upp is supplying all the inclusion rates instead of hiding its ingredients in proprietary blends.

Manufacturers that do that are generally trying to hide low inclusion rates. With a formulation like this, the inclusion rates are good enough to be strong selling points. Hiding them would be counterproductive.

One of the things this Juiced Upp Ligandrol alternative aims to do is increase energy and focus. Supplement manufacturers often use caffeine and/or other stimulants to do this. There’s nothing wrong with stimulants in moderation, but a lot of manufacturers go over the top.

Unfortunately, a few people have problems tolerating even low doses of stimulants. Others simply prefer to avoid them, so it’s good that Muscle Upp is stimulant-free.

If you are looking for a good Ligandrol LGD-4033 SARM alternative, you won’t find a better bulking up pill than Muscle Upp. It’s a powerful bulking supplement that gets the job done.

Test Boost Max Review: Does this Testosterone Booster Work?

Updated on May 17, 2022 by Brad Murphy

Test Boost Max is testosterone booster supplement aimed at men (and sometimes women) that have low testosterone levels. This review details what it is the supplement, how it help increase testosterone production and how is compares to similar supplements.

Test Boost Max

PROS
Replaces depleted testosterone
Increase muscles mass
Burns excess body fat
Converts fat into energy
May help endurance

CONS
Not for women
Only available from official website
Doesn’t ship to some countries

VERDICT – NOT RECOMMENDED
There are many testosterone boosters on the market, some would say too many. Testo Boost is good supplement but not a great one in our opinion.

There are serval supplements that can boost low T levels, help raise a low libido and burn body fat while retaining lean muscle mass. TestoPrime is great example.

What Is Test Boost Max and How Does It Work?

Nobody is offering any prizes for guessing this supplement is a testosterone booster and, like a lot of similar products, Test Boost Max is only intended for men.

Testosterone is the body’s main muscle-building hormone so supplements that increase it are very popular with bodybuilders and men pursuing other athletic pursuits.

As men get older into their 40’s and 50’s their testosterone levels get lower, making it harder to gain and maintain lean muscle mass. Low testosterone causes many other problems too such as loss of libido, weight gain, and poor concentration.

Test Boost testosterone booster
the previous version – Test Boost

Not surprisingly, men experiencing any of these issues often use testosterone boosters too.

However, the way Sculpt Nation markets its testosterone booster suggests it’s primarily trying to attract the attention of the bodybuilding crowd. The promise of increases lean muscle mass is a case in point.

Some of the ingredients in Testo Boost Max are common inclusions in supplements that aim to increase testosterone. Although there is no denying the formulation has the potential to increase testosterone production, some of the alternative options can do a lot more.

Test Boost Max is part of a line of supplements made in the USA by Sculpt Nation. The company also trades under the name VShred. Another high profile product is Burn Evolved fat burner.

Its VShred website sells a variety of weight loss and body improvement programs. The Sculpt Nation website is the company’s online supplement store.

Test Boost Benefits

  • Naturally boosts testosterone and libido
  • Helps you to burn body fat faster
  • Provides rapid recovery after workouts
  • Helps you to gain more muscle

Test Boost Max Usage Guidelines

The Sculpt Nation website fails to provide any guidance on correct dosage or mention the optimum time to take the supplement.

The label on the bottle is equally lacking in information but the supplement facts state there are three capsules per serving. There are 90 capsules in a bottle so it seems likely the requirement is three capsules, once per day.

Test Boost Max Suitability Considerations

Test Boost Max is suitable for most men but the gelatin in the capsule casing makes it an unacceptable option for vegans and vegetarians.

Some of the ingredients have the potential to interact with certain drugs so, if you are taking medication, it would be unwise to use Test Boost Max without asking your doctor first.

As with all supplements, if you have any known health issues, it’s also a wise move to seek medical approval before using Test Boost Max.

Ingredients in Test Boost Max

Three capsules per day provide:

  • KSM-66 (600 mg)
  • Tribulus herb extract (500 mg)
  • Epimedium grandiflorum leaves (160 mg)
  • Eleuthero Root (100 mg)
  • 3,3′ Diindolymethane (100 mg)
  • Hawthorn Berry Extract (40 mg)
  • Eurycoma longifolia root (20 mg)
  • American ginseng root (20 mg)
  • Cordyceps mycelium extract (20 mg)

Test Boost Max Ingredient Evaluation

KSM-66

KSM-66 is a popular brand of ashwagandha extract. Many manufacturers choose it over standard extracts because it’s standardized for purity and strength.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogen herb that’s highly respected in traditional Indian medicine.

As with other adaptogens, such as ginseng, ashwagandha is good for reducing stress. This ability alone makes it a good fit for a formulation like this because stress and anxiety can lower testosterone.

However, ashwagandha also boosts testosterone. Plenty of research proves this is so.

Some studies prove its potential in several areas. For instance, the results of one study, conducted in India, show the herbs successfully boosted testosterone while also increasing male fertility.

Tribulus Herb Extract

Tribulus terrestris is a herb with a longstanding reputation as an aphrodisiac. Men have been taking advantage of its libido-boosting abilities for thousands of years.

In addition to having a “rock-hard” reputation, Tribulus terrestris also has plenty of scientific proof behind it. A good inclusion in the Test Boost Max formula.

As is the case with many of the best testosterone-boosting ingredients, some studies show the value of Tribulus terrestris in more than one area.

For the purposes of one study, researchers gave the herb to men suffering from ED. The herb not only improved the men’s erection quality and sexual performance; it also helped to raise testosterone levels as well. This is a good inclusion but many competing testosterone boosters offer a more significant dose.

Epimedium Grandiflorum Leaves

Also known as bishop’s hat, Epimedium grandiflorum is a deciduous perennial that’s a popular garden plant in the West and a valued medicinal herb in the East. It’s one of several herbs Chinese herbalists use to treat impotence.

Rat-based research suggests that, in addition to boosting testosterone, Epimedium grandiflorum also increases luteinizing hormone, and follicle-stimulating hormone, while also improving the quality of testicular tissues.

Eleuthero Root

Eleuthero is a popular Chinese adaptogen herb. It stimulates the nervous system and also reduces stress.

Eleuthero is associated with numerous health benefits but boosting testosterone is not one of them. However, it appears to go useful for increasing energy, improving cognitive function, aiding wound healing, and enhancing exercise capabilities.

Effective doses tend to range between 300-1,200 mg per day so the amount Test Boost Max provides may be a little low.

3,3′ Diindolylmethane

Diindolylmethane (3,3′ Diindolylmethane) is a compound the body manufactures from a food chemical called indole-3-carbinol. The best sources are broccoli, cauliflower, and other cruciferous vegetables.

Diindolylmethane appears to act like estrogen, but may also function as an estrogen blocker. Its value in a formulation like this is debatable. Although it may be beneficial, it also has the potential to be counterproductive.

Hawthorn Berry Extract

This a somewhat of a strange inclusion for a testosterone-boosting supplement. Sculpt Nation states it is using it to increase blood flow and points out it may support improvements in erectile dysfunction.

The statement has credibility because hawthorn encourages vasodilation. This is a relaxing of the blood vessels that expands them improving circulation. Needless to say, it will improve blood flow to the penis too.

A better supply of blood to the muscles also supports improvements in training ability but hawthorn is still an odd choice. None of the top t-boosters provide it. That’s not surprising there are many better alternatives such as maca, zinc, and Vitamin D, Sculpt Nation could be using instead.

Eurycoma Longifolia Root

Eurycoma longifolia is a tree that’s native to several Southeast Asian countries. Extracts from the roots provide potent alkaloids and flavonoids that reduce stress and appear to also increase testosterone, boost libido, and relieve ED.

In one study 90 percent of the men who took part achieved notable increases in testosterone. However, the dose was 200 mg per day. Test Boost Max only provides 20 mg per day. That’s a token gesture, not a sensible dose.

American Ginseng Root

Ginseng is a famous adaptogen herb. Most people have heard of its reputation as an aphrodisiac. However, there are several different kinds of ginseng. Panax ginseng (red ginseng/Korean ginseng) is the best. It’s a different plant.

Although American ginseng has many virtues, other than reducing stress, its presence in Test Boost Max is unlikely to add much value.

Cordyceps Mycelium Extract

A limited amount of mouse-based research suggests this mushroom extract may have potential as a testosterone booster. It’s early days yet though.

Unless future research proves otherwise, Cordyceps sinensis is a poor choice in comparison to some of the other natural testosterone boosters such as D-aspartic acid and fenugreek extract. Either one would have been a superior choice.

Potential Test Boost Max Side Effects

Sculpt Nation fails to say if any side effects have been reported.

Although most of the ingredients don’t have a reputation for causing side effects, hawthorn berries may slow blood clotting. They can also interfere with the abilities of certain drugs.

Presuming no negative issues become apparent, doses of up to 1800 mg per day are generally considered safe for up to 16 weeks. However, it may not be safe to continue using hawthorn berry for longer periods.

Where to Buy Test Boost Max – Availability & Pricing

As with all Sculpt Nation supplements, Test Boost Max is only available via the official website. The standard price is $49 per bottle (price correct at the time of this review) and each bottle provides a 30-day supply of pills.

Customers can get a better deal on the price by subscribing to the Sculpt Nation auto-ship program or taking advantage of bulk buy discounts.

The auto-ship cost is $41 per bottle but the price reduction entails a commitment to continue receiving fresh bottles via monthly subscription.

The bulk buy options for Test Boost Max look like this;

  • Buy 3 x bottles for $132 ($44 per bottle)
  • Buy 6 x bottles for $195 ($32.50 per bottle)

Money-Back Guarantee

Customers are promised a “100% Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee.”

Test Boost Max Customer Reviews and Feedback

Here are a selection of Test Boost Max reviews from customers. The feedback is mixed.

“I feel as though I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and my sexual performance is sufferings. A friend suggested I had low testosterone levels. I order Test Boost Max from the ScupltNation website. I am in my 4th month of using now but I haven’t noticed any difference.”

“A friend said I should buy a supplement that could help boosting testosterone levels. I was reading reviews online and discovered Test Boost Max from Sculpt Nation. I ordered a 3 month package as that was quite good value. I am at the end of my 3 months now and I feel as though I have gained some benefit. I do not have sexual performance problems so much now. I’d give it a 7/10.

“I wanted to try traditional Chinese medicine to treat erectile dysfunction. I read that a testosterone supplement may contain these sort of ingredients. I used the supplement for 5 months – as the advert says Test Boost Max may help with low libido, energy levels, healthy hormone levels and fat burning. I wish I hadn’t bothered as I feel no difference at all.

“Most of the Test Boost Max reviews online are positive so It took the plunge and ordered some. The Test Boost Max cost was not expensive so I bought a 6 months packages. I feel that my natural testosterone levels are restore normal function and I have mote physical strength.”

Test Boost Max Review Conclusion

With a name like Test Boost Max, you’d expect a high-potency supplement that provides the best natural testosterone boosters in doses that have been proven effective in human-based studies.

That’s not what you are getting here.

Although some of the ingredients, such as KSM-66 are undeniably good, many are not and the herbs are often present in overly low amounts.

Choices like American ginseng and Cordyceps mycelium are ill-conceived, to say the least. Why not Panax ginseng and Fenugreek instead? This is an oversight by Test Boost Max in our opinion.

Although the formulation as a whole may support some improvements in testosterone production, many alternative options provide better combinations of ingredients in more credible doses.

In addition to boosting testosterone, the best options also provide ingredients that prevent testosterone from binding with sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG).

Once bound with SHBG, testosterone is unable to bind with the androgen receptors in the muscles and enhance protein synthesis. A good natural testosterone booster will address this issue.

Another contributory factor that could reduce testosterone levels is cortisol.

When your body become stressed cortisol levels rise. There is some research that highlights the relationship between the stress hormone cortisol and healthy testosterone levels.

Most good testosterone supplements can bring down stress and cortisol levels.

Sorry Sculpt Nation but in our opinion there are better natural testosterone booster supplements than Test Boost Max.

Alternatives to Test Boost Max – Similar Supplements

  • A flagging libido, low sex drive, fatigue are some of the effects of low testosterone. Supplements like Testogen can address these issues and boost free testosterone levels to former glories. Read the review and see if it can work for you.
  • One of the best testosterone booster supplements available legally. Testo Max is A ready made alternative to sustanon. Perfect for standalone use for extreme muscle gains, maximum strength and stamina. Or stack with virtually anything.
  • If you are over 30 and feel and need to replace lost muscle mass, energy or sexual prowess then TestoPrime is the supplement for you.

SculptNation Burn Evolved Review – Does it Work?

Updated on March 9, 2022 by Brad Murphy

A strong and natural fat burning supplement for men and women. Burn Evolved is designed to burn excess fat, boost energy levels and reduce appetite. How does it work, are there side effects and what do customer say?

SculptNation Burn Evolved review

PROS
Reputable manufacturer
Contains fat burning ingredients
Contains natural appetite suppressants
Not expensive

CONS
Not the best fat burning formula compared to similar supplements that burn fat
Mixed customer reviews
Refund policy confusing

VERDICT – NOT RECOMMENDED
Fat burners such as Burn Evolved have a lot of competition. They have to be pretty special to gain the respect of reviewers and customers. Burn Evolved doesn’t quite make grade.

Our preference and recommendation is for PhenQ – a fat burner for men and women that can be used for many purposes. It can be used for weight loss or for anyone on a cutting cycle needing a fat loss supplement to cut excess fat.

Can Burn Evolve set you metabolism into hyperdrive with its Thermogenic Agent Matrix?

What is Burn Evolved?

Burn Evolved fat burner is an enhanced version of a previous Sculpt Nation supplement called Burn. There isn’t a lot of difference between the two fat burning pills other than the fact the new version contains a little apple cider vinegar powder.

Is Burn Evolved any good? It’s certainly not one of the worst fat burners we’ve reviewed. Unfortunately, nor is it one of the best.

Will Burn Evolved be the right fat burner for you? This review provides all the main pros and cons to help you decide.

What is Burn Evolved?

Who Makes SculptNation Burn Evolved?

As the name suggests, Burn Evolved is a fat-burning supplement. It’s part of a range of health and wellness supplements manufactured by Sculpt Nation. The company is also responsible for Test Boost Max, a natural testosterone boosting supplement.

Sculpt Nation is an alternative business name used by VShred. Its’ a California-based health and wellness company co-founded by a former male model named Vince Sant.

How Does Burn Evolved Work?

Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved is an all-natural dietary supplement you take two times per day in the hope it will burn fat and help you lose weight.

Like most similar fat burners, Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved is produced in capsule form and sold by the bottle. Each bottle provides a 30-day supply of pills.

In addition to being a fat burner, Burn Evolved is also designed to give you more energy and suppress hunger and reduce food cravings.

This is not unusual. Many alternative and similar fat burners aim to do the same things.

Burn Evolved provides ingredients that increase thermogenesis, helping to elevate your resting metabolic rate (RMR).

RMR refers to the amount of energy your body burns to maintain normal function while you are resting. When you get up and move around, your body’s energy expenditure increases, becoming greater than your RMR.

Running, swimming, lifting weights, and other forms of exercise cause your metabolic rate to become much higher than your RMR. The harder you exercise, the more energy you expend. That’s why getting extra exercise is such a good way to lose weight.

By increasing your thermogenesis, the ingredients in Burn Evolved cause your body to become warmer. This makes you lose extra energy as heat.

The formulation also increases metabolism in additional ways helping you to burn more calories than is possible by diet and exercise alone. Burning excess calories is key to losing weight.

If Burn Evolved can boost energy and control hunger in the way it’s designed to do, it will help you to maintain a low-calorie intake without feeling hungry while also offering protection against fatigue.

SculptNation Burn Evolved Far Burner Benefits

  • Help your body burn excess fat
  • Naturally suppresses appetite
  • Skyrockets your metabolism, long-term
  • Mobilizes fat cells and incinerates them
  • Forces your body to produce BAT
  • Provides a jitter-free energy boost
  • Helps to improve waist-to-hip ratio

Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved Usage Guidelines

The dose is two capsules, taken once per day. Sculpt Nation recommends taking the capsules with a meal and, for best results, suggests a continuous usage period of at least 60 days.

As with similar products, it’s no good relying on the supplement to do all the work. Fat loss will only be possible if you commit to a low-calorie diet. Getting plenty of exercise will help you to attain the maximum benefits.

Who Can Use Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved Fat Burner

Burn Evolved won’t be suitable for women who are pregnant or nursing a child.

People who have existing health issues or would need to take the supplement alongside medication should take the precaution of checking with their doctor before starting to use Burn Evolved.

  • Paradoxine (30 mg)
  • Yohimbine (3 mg)
  • Rauwolscine (3mg)

Burn Evolved provides several metabolism boosters, so there is no doubting its value as a fat burner. It also provides caffeine and additional stimulants, giving it credibility as an energy provider too.

However, although the supplement has the potential to help suppress appetite as well, this is not an area where it’s likely to excel. If you are primarily seeking a supplement that provides hunger control, you will be better off choosing an alternative supplement instead.

Moving forward with our Burn Evolved formula evaluation, let’s take a look at each of the key ingredients.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider is reputed to provide many benefits. One of them is appetite suppression. Some studies support this claim but the participants were given pure vinegar, not a powder.

Epigallocatechin Gallate

Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is a polyphenol that’s present in green tea.

Green tea is one of the best natural fat burners in the world. However, although its fat-burning potential is often attributed to EGCG, green tea contains other beneficial compounds as well.

A 300mg dose of green tea is excellent, but Burn Evolved is providing an EGCG isolate. The dose may be too high. Research raises questions about the wisdom of using EGCG in supplements.

Capsimax

Capsimax is a branded capsicum extract (also cayenne pepper fruit extract). It’s kinder to the stomach than standard extracts and is a key ingredient in many top fat-burning supplements.

Research shows the capsaicinoids in capsicum suppress hunger and increase thermogenesis and metabolism. All of this is old news.

The way capsaicinoids affect BAT (brown adipose tissue) is a more recent discovery.

Most of the fat present in the body is WAT (white adipose tissue). BAT is preferable to WAT because it supports weight loss. The way it achieves this is still unclear.

Caffeine

Caffeine is a popular stimulant. Many people take advantage of its abilities by consuming energy drinks.

In addition to boosting energy, caffeine sharpens mental focus. Research shows it increases thermogenesis and metabolism as well.

Caffeine is a very popular diet pill ingredient and 100 mg is a sensible dose.

Paradoxine

Paradoxine is a branded ingredient. It provides a seed extract (Aframomum melegueta) known as grains of paradise.

A limited amount of evidence suggests grains of paradise might enhance weight loss but further study is necessary.

Yohimbine

Yohimbine is a stimulant that comes from the bark of an African tree.

Although Yohimbine is often associated with fat burning, it has greater credibility as a natural treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED).

Burn Evolved provides Yohimbine as Yohimbine hydrochloride. In North America, this form is classed as a prescription drug. https://www.drugs.com/mtm/yohimbine.html

Rauwolscine

Rauwolscine is a plant alkaloid. Its abilities require further study but Rauwolscine is chemically similar to Yohimbine so the potential benefits and side effects may be the same.

Possible Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved Side Effects

Burn Evolved contains caffeine, which may cause side effects, including jitters and nausea, in some people. However, the 100 mg each dose provides is no more than you would get from a cup of coffee. Unless you are caffeine-sensitive, you should be okay with that.

However, the formulation also provides Yohimbine and Rauwolscine. These ingredients are stimulants too. Although the doses are low, their presence increases the possibility of side effects.

Where to Buy Burn Evolved

You can only buy Burn Evolved via the Sculpted Nation website. At the time of this review, the cost was $49 per bottle. Discounts were available to customers ordering three bottles, with even larger discounts to customers placing 6-bottle orders.

Burn Evolved Price

Sculpted Nation also offers the option to make a single-bottle purchase via auto-ship. Doing so brings the cost of Burn Evolved down to $41 per bottle. However, customers who order this way are agreeing to receive a fresh bottle every month, with the cost being automatically applied to their cards.

Although there is nothing wrong with the autoship concept, this type of arrangement can be notoriously difficult to cancel. If you are thinking of buying Burn Evolved, extra caution is necessary because the sales page pre-selects the “AutoRefill” option. This makes it very easy to be caught out.

Money-Back Guarantee on Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved

Sculpt Nation promises a lifetime guarantee. Unfortunately, the company profile page at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) shows a worryingly high number of customer complaints. Many of the complaints are by people who allegedly had difficulties receiving a refund via the guarantee.

Burn Evolved Review Conclusion

Sculpt Nation makes several claims for Burn Evolved. The supplement provides ingredients that are capable of meeting those claims. That’s good. Nothing to worry about there.

However, in addition to some good ingredients, the formulation is also carrying some dead weight.

Paradoxine is unlikely to add any tangible benefits. Yohimbine and Rauwolscine are also questionable inclusions because their presence increases the possibility of side effects.

Capsimax stands out as being the most useful ingredient. In addition to supporting improvements in body fat loss, it can also control hunger.

Unfortunately, as far as hunger suppression goes, Capsimax may have to go it alone. Although apple cider vinegar may also help with hunger, its ability to do so requires further study, and a powdered version may not be as potent as pure apple cider vinegar.

The lack of customer reviews is very disappointing. Had any been available, it would have helped indicate the supplement’s potency.

Customer Reviews on Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved

Customer reviews are also useful for revealing the range and severity of side effects supplement cause (if any).

All things considered, Burn Evolved is unlikely to be able to hold its own against any of the top fat-burning products. The fact that you can only take it once per day does not help. Supplements you can take two or more times per day will offer far greater support.

The bottom line is, although Sculpt Nation Burn Evolved should function okay as a fat burner, there are better alternatives can offer a greater and more varied level of support.
